So about 2 months ago I ordered two dresses from Hello Molly, I got my first one after 2 weeks which I was not complaining about at all, but my second dress never came. Now I wouldn't be this upset if it was just any dress, but this dress was for my college graduation, and since that's delayed until further notice I didn't make a fuss out of it hoping it would still come in. I messaged the site TWICE. At first they told me it was getting on the next flight over to me, which I was satisfied with, and after another 2 weeks I messaged again for an update and Boom. I get a message saying "it was lost in transit, they will refund me". I'm sorry but I didn't want a refund, I made that known, I just wanted my dress that I've waited 2 months for, but they didn't accept that answer, so a refund it was. Needless to say, I'm super upset, no graduation dress, and 2 months was definitely not worth the wait.
I had a problem with a shipment on one of my dresses... Frankie in customer services was super helpful, and got back to me very quick! 10/10 would recommend buying from this site.

Not only are there clothes super nice and fit true to size, their customer service is even better. They really do help their customers the best way they can and it just made my shopping experience 100 times better. I will definitely be ordering with them again.
My clothes came in and they were WAY too short! I tried to get store credit and they claimed that they processed my return but I never saw it on my account. I reached out to the notated email and “Frankie” did NOT help at all. I have yet to see my store credit and I need a dress for a wedding ASAP. Their phone number also doesn’t work so you can’t even speak to a real person.
Gwen was extremely helpful in my situation and went above and beyond!

Dresses were lovely, had to return them because the size didn’t fit. But will definitely buy from them again!

The dress I ordered is fine but way darker then pictured so I want to return it. I can't login into my account. It says that an account is not registered with the email I am giving them. I go into my email...it is. When I go to create a new account it said it sent me an email to confirm, but I did not receive one. Extremely frustrating. How am I supposed to start a return without being able to even enter into my account?
Frankie was an absolute delight to deal with. She was kind and helpful and stuck to her word of following up and getting back to me first thing in the morning. I will most certainly buy from Hello Molly again as I have had a very pleasant shopping experience thus far.

I’ve been shopping at Hello Molly for years and lovvvvvvve it!!!! Their style is beautiful and on top of their fashion game! I shop all new arrivals weekly and love their discount code. Now they just rolled out activewear ???????????????? such a dream come true! By far the best online store ever!
